Mindfulness can unleash and even boost your creativity. People that engage in yarn crafts, value creativity and practice mindfulness find that their intuition seems to work better.

There is nothing extraordinary about this. Your mind always comes up with answers, but most of the time you cannot hear them because of that inner chatter going on in your head.

Your mind is a creative space. Look at what you can conjure up in your imagination. Look at all the good ideas that "just came" to you when you least expected it.

The practice of mindfulness clears a space for the fruits of your creativity to come to the surface.
